Production of lithium-based x-ray fluxes requires the use of high purity chemicals, to ensure finished products are of the highest quality possible. Any significant impurities present in the raw chemicals can affect the final flux products and have a dramatic impact on the quality of results for an XRF laboratory.
Raw Chemicals Purification
In situations where raw chemicals do not meet the grades required, our purification technology can remove impurities, ensuring suitability for x-ray flux production.
XRF Beads Recycling
We have developed technology to recycle used XRF discs back into raw chemicals, suitable for x-ray flux production. The same process is useful for recycling waste generated from our x-ray flux production process, that would otherwise be disposed.
