XRF Scientific is constantly searching for opportunities to add to its portfolio of businesses. Two types of opportunity are given equal priority in this programme:

1. Stand-alone private businesses which can add value to XRF Scientific’s clients, and which would operate as autonomous operations within the XRF Scientific Group. In these circumstances XRF Scientific places considerable importance on:

Niche material characterisation applications

Ability to grow and expand

2. Opportunities which would be merged with one of our existing businesses. This could involve the acquisition of a company or simply a product line.

We are also interested in licensing proprietary technology that could be used in our core markets.
