XRF Technology Laboratory Hotplates are of an approved design, made to endure safely the rigours of daily use in a hard-working laboratory. We apply the same standards of quality, design and assembly to our hotplates as we do to our furnaces.

Features include:

• Solid State control, smooth and more precise control with no more simmerstat failures.
• Even heating - No cold spots. These hotplates give even heat across the entire working surface.
• Best quality materials used throughout. 316 Stainless Steel frame and cover panels, rockwool insulation, acid-resistant hard rubber feet.
• Controller and switch mounted remotely in a rugged, powder-coated aluminium box, away from the heat and chemicals.
• Choice of power ratings 2.2Kw (10amp plug) for normal use or 3.0Kw (15amp plug) for fast heating with heavy loads.
• Easy to move when required.
